My machine is not turning on.

Accepted Answer

If your JET3 machine is not turning on or is turning slowly, check he battery terminals are connected properly and motor to handle plugs are connected securely.
 
Using a voltmeter, simply open the battery back, disconnect the two leads at the battery and touch the voltmeter probes to the terminals accordingly. A satisfactory reading would be approx. 11.5 - 13 volts.

It is extremely unlikely the battery is faulty. It's more likely the charger has generated a fault.

Question 3

My JET3 machine is not spraying

Accepted Answer

Have you primed the pump? If not, please follow the steps on how to do this in another question.
 
If the machine is not spraying after priming the pump, complete the following steps:
 
1. Can you hear the pump running when the pump switch is pressed and the machine is connected to the backpack electrics? If yes continue with the following steps. If no, please contact the seller.
 
2. Is the water bottle filled? If no fill the water bottle and primp the pump. If the water bottle is filled, continue with the following steps.
 
3. Does the water filter look clear? If no and it is blocked, the filter will need to be replaced. If yes, continue with the following steps.
 
4. Check that black check valves are in the right direction. Thw white collar of the connector should point towards the direction of the water flow, towards the head of the machine. If no, remove and re-fit. If yes, continue with the following steps.
 
5. Check the pump inlet and outlet connections are as tight as possible to stop air being sucked in. if they are firmly in place, with no obvious point of entry for air to get through, please contact the seller.

Question 4

The brush isn't turning/making a loud noise.

Accepted Answer

In the rare event you hear a grinding noise from the motorhead and the brush is not turning, you will need a complete motorhead replacement, please contact your seller.

Question 5

My backpack has torn, what should I do?"

Accepted Answer

In the rare event the backpack should tear, please contact your original supplier. They will complete a warranty form and arrange the repair.
 
If the tear is due to manufacture defect, we will replace the material backpack free of charge. Your original supplier will arrange to swap the components from your current backpack into the new backpack.
 
We have added metal studs into  the design to take all stress of stitching and elimate this use moving forward.

Question 6

How will I know when my machine is fully charged?

Accepted Answer

When charging the machine, the red light will show. When the battery is fully charged the light will show green. A full charge from flat will take approximately 8 hours.
