Responsibilities
As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand in the USA. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive brand growth and market share in the USA.
Leveraging your extensive knowledge of floor care and floor cleaning machines to provide technical expertise to customers and the sales team.
Utilizing advanced IT skills to produce regular reporting to internal departments and representative groups across the country.
Presenting yourself, the company and our products to top level decision makers across the United States.
Identifying and nurturing key client relationships and partnerships to enhance market presence.
Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Planning and executing effective sales and marketing campaigns.
Required Experience

Minimum of 15 years of experience in a national sales role with a proven track record of building brands in the German market.
Exceptional knowledge of floor care, floor cleaning machines, and technical equipment specifications.
Proficiency in advanced IT tools for reporting and data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within Germany, including overnight stays multiple times per month.
Bachelors degree in a related field (business or marketing) is advantageous.
