The significant size of the floor scrubber machine means that if not moved slowly enough, the floor scrubber will simply glide over the surface of the floor instead of cleaning it effectively.

Textured flooring featuring grout, grooves, knots and recesses are often left dirty, making homes for bacterial havens. A bulky floor scrubber cannot be used as an effective and efficient cleaner on these surfaces due to their traditional design, with the brush filaments simply sliding over the imperfections.
The JET3 and M3 compact scrubbing machines by MotorScrubber penetrate into grooves, grout or imperfections on the surface and have been designed to clean recesses up to 10mm deep.

For years, the standard for daily floor care maintenance has been either a string mop and filth accumulating bucket, a regular flat mop, or occasionally, a floor mop with spray features.

The fibres of the floor mop trap bacteria, allowing them to fester, multiply, and recontaminate your seemingly clean floor. As the mop moves along the floor and is dipped in and out of the bucket, the dirt from the floor is transferred into the water and spread across the floor.
As the water evaporates, the filth you have gathered during your cleaning dries onto the floor surface, leaving a layer of dirt and making the process a waste of time.

SPRAYING AND DISINFECTING TOUCHPOINTS
Regular disinfection sprayers and fogging machines have been used to clean large areas in schools, hospitals, and other professional settings, but their use is not recommended for safe, effective cleaning.
The mist released by these machine sprayers must also remain untouched for 6 hours to be effective and for the chemical levels to be deemed safe.
These machines also leave large gaps when they settle onto surfaces which provides areas for bacteria to stay and multiply. Gaps equal risk, so spray cleaning methods must be effective to get the job done.
